Pain relief options is probably the most complex but important lesson our parents can learn. Retaining the information can be hard, make it fun and practical. We are the only Advocates for our own health and as such we need to prepare our parents to make decisions based on accurate knowledge - but most of all what is best for them in their own circumstances.
